Is there a way to define restrictions for the grid view?
We want to make sure that the user is not able to export all the data and/or not able to see all the data at once. I thought about disabling the more button but this is not supported. I also thought about defining restrictions for the columns button but I can't find any approach for that.

I'm not sure which grid you are talking about, but the full Agent GUI has an OOTB limitation on "Views" of 2000 to 100000 records depending on a setting in the Tenant BO-Portal Tuning settings "Maximum Query Size" (here 10,000 records):
Any more and you get:
And a filtering option until you reach less than the 10,000 in the setting:
So in this case you can only see <10,000 at a time...
You can change the value (note the Save button is at the bottom, not at the top as for the other Tenant options).
