Change Arabic time date formate from ٣٠ أيلول سبتمبر، ٢٠٢٠ ١٢:٣٦:٤٠ م to ٣٠ سبتمبر، ٢٠٢٠ ١٢:٣٦:٤٠ م

SMAX version : 2020.08

when a user change his language to arabic, the time date field format appears as the below screenshot (the month has two names)

Is there anyway to change this formate and remove the other month name which is أيلول and keep only the سبتمبر word .

Hello,

In general, you can modify the various date/time formats, per language, as described in the documentation

https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/SMAX:2021.11/SetConfig#Date_and_time_formats

If your date formats map to the various supported formats, please adjust them accordingly. If, after the modification, the expected format is not displayed, then it could be a product defect and you should open a support ticket.

Note: while the configuration page can be found under the Service Portal Settings menu item, the configuration applies to both porta and agent forms.
