Copy of email sent by SMAX

Is there an easy way to have a copy of all email which SMAX sends out?  We are working on a move to SMAX from Service Manager, and we currently find it useful to have a copy of all outgoing emails from the system.  Occasionally we will have an issue where a user says they did not receive an email, and it's handy to pull up a copy of the sent email.  I'd rather not add a BCC on to every notification rule in the system if there is an easier way.
