Making approval comment mandatory on Service portal

 Hi ,

  SMAX Version  : 2022.05

we have a requirement where approval comment needs to be mandatory  in service portal.  similar to Deny

i have written mandatory condition in task workflow   which works fine on the agent portal . it is not effective on service  portal.

Is there a way to make the approval comments mandatory on  service portal .
