Hi Brindusa,

We added a business rule to service requests workflow. When the request is closed, we send a notification to the person who opened the request.

Here is the example notification.  Survey directs the service portal but as i said survey is not accesible...

Are you sure that user did not skip or submit the survey from service portal?

yeah im sure. When click the link on the notification, getting this screen

Did you try debug from UI to see if you get something from the steps..

The message appears if you try to access a survey you already responded to.

Another possible situation, you try to access the portal with a different user than the one the notification was intended for.
