getting "survey is not availeble" error in service portal

Hello all,

Created a survey and it's in the execute phase. Users cant see the survey on the service portal. What is the problem, do you have any idea?

Hi Ali, Are you sure that user did not skip or submit the survey from service portal? Regards

How is the user trying to access the survey? Please provide the steps.

Hi Brindusa,

We added a business rule to service requests workflow. When the request is closed, we send a notification to the person who opened the request.

Here is the example notification. Survey directs the service portal but as i said survey is not accesible...

Did you try debug from UI to see if you get something from the steps..

The message appears if you try to access a survey you already responded to.

Another possible situation, you try to access the portal with a different user than the one the notification was intended for.
