Situation: After upgrade SMA to 2021.05 itom-xruntime-help-center-xx pod got in  CrashLoopBackOff status

Cause: The embedded context-sensitive help is replaced with the online context-sensitive help in 2020.05 and the itom-xruntime-help-center deployment is no longer used.
