Support Tip: SMA 2020.08 - itom-xruntime-platform pod fails to start

This Support Tip is for when a client performed an OS patch and now the suite is not starting. itom-xruntime-platform pods are not starting. After OS patching, SMA suite is not starting correctly and the itom-bo-login-deployment pod is showing an error.
