When a user resets a password, a reset password link will be forwarded to the user’s email.
However, sometimes when inputting the new password the submit button does not appear.
If that is the case, the user will need to check the current password policy.
Go to CDF portal (5443) > Application > IdM Administration > ORGANIZATION > Password Policy
Make sure your password is within the Min/Max length, Upper and Lowercase, and Special Character.
Input the password again and follow the password policy – The Submit button will now show and you can change the password.
