Read the latest Gartner Peer Insights Review on SMAX by one of our utilities customers. They say "It is a Modern Tool in ITSM with ITIL compliance. The automation module in it is useful in SR Handling. AI capabilities though present difficult to implement. The P2P discussion and Social Collaboration feature is very useful."
