HPNA Command - show policy compliance output

Can anyone tell me what's the meaning of various values of inCompliance field in the output of "show policy compliance" command in HPNA?

I see the possible values are : 1, -1, -2, -3, -4 and there might be more negative values.

I understand tha 1 means device is in complaince and negative value means device is not in compliance with the policy. But, what's the meaning of -1, -2, -3, -4? My first guess was the value of negative number might be an indicatin of number of rules which are not in compliance for the policy but that is not the case.
