The Business Intelligence Server (BI Server) is the Network Performance Server (NPS) software component responsible for generating and presenting the performance data to the user in the form of reports, both the interactive reports launched from the NPS Console or the scheduled reports launched in a batch.
When troubleshooting BI Server related issues, such as a scheduled report intermittent delivery issue, it can be useful to increase the logging level of a few individual BI Server services, as for example on the following 3 services to narrow down scheduled reports delivery issues:
- the Delivery service
- the Batch Report service
- the Event Management service.
