"HPE OfficeConnect 1920 Switch Series User Guide" at https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/c04463799. You could also try to search youtube. For example, this video HPE Office Connect Switch 1920s Configuration & VLAN Configuration | Configure Switch HPE 1920s (youtube.com) provides a tip how to configure SNMP (at the very end).
