So, few questions just for background.  

You upgraded from what version to 2023.05?  And in the older version of NA, you didn't have any problems with snapshots?  And this happens with all devices, or a subset?  Like Juniper devices work, but Cisco IOS don't?  

Have you tried to turn up logging (either session logging or task logging)?  If so, any details?  

For example, are you getting a common error?  Does NA get to the device but can't log in?  Or if logs in, but no commands can be executed and it times out?  If you look at the task duration, what is the duration, specifically, is it over 60 minutes?  

Perhaps try to log in to a device or two that you see failing manually from the NA server (either from OS or proxy or perhaps both) - this rules out things like firewall rules and ACLs and just is easy to check.  Use the same credentials that the NA tasks would use and just issue the same commands (that worked in the prior tasks).
