Unable to install the Traffic Master

Hi Experts,

We are getting the below error while installing Traffic Master. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

We have already added the web service client user in local Admin group as well but still unable to install it.

Error:

INFO - Creating dialogue box for ERROR
INFO - Could not encrypt the password for NNM, Exiting the installation.
INFO - NNM
INFO - Creating dialogue box for ERROR
INFO - NULL
INFO - Creating dialogue box for ERROR
FATAL - This is CRITICAL error, so exiting the Installation.

OS: Windows Server 2016

NNMi and Traffice SPI version: 2021.05

Database: embedded database

Environment: Standalone
