The discussion was about the gap in reports, not about data file regeneration. I recall one of our customers ran into a similar issue. They received help from HP support at that time. Unfortunately, I don’t recall more details about that. I think August is still within the report or retention range, so this could be done, but you will need to get in touch with support.

We don’t have any NPS instances to investigate further. You can look at the files under the contrib or support folders; there might be something useful there.
