Interface metrics files not consumed by NPS

Hi Community,

NPS is unable to consume Interface Metrics Files from NNMi.

In logs, it shows an error in the MainServiceLoop ETL process for ExtensionPack Interface_Health.th

Can you help me understand why this is happening again & again.
