Dear Team,
I am unable to find Command Scripts option in NA 2023.05 by selecting option Devices > Device Tools , please help
Not quite sure what you mean by "command scripts". But I would guess you mean "Change Plans" which are exactly where you say, so Devices -> Device Tools. There you can define configuration-commands that you send to the device.
Or alternatively "diagnostics" for all your show-commands.
Thanks,
I mean, that i want to change device configuration for single device added in NA, previously there was option by selecting "Devices -> Device Tools>Command Scripts" to push the configuration command on single device or by selecting single device.
Please suggest, how could i push the configuration command by selection any single device added in NA.
Hi, so many versions ago, Command Scripts were renamed / changed to Change Plans. Basically, the same thing, you can create a script to push out a change to device(s).
If you have upgraded to this version from one where you had Command Scripts, those scripts will be available, you'll just need to create a Change Plan to execute the script.
You can go here:
Release log - Network Automation (microfocus.com)
and search for Command Scripts and it will tell you about the switch to Change Plans (version 10.30)
You can read up on Change Plans as well, but if you are aware of Command Scripts, it should not take much time to master Change Plans.
Let us know if you have any follow up questions.
thanks,
Chris
