why "Administrative State & Operational State" on the interface has the status "not polled" ?

we have NNMi version 2019.11 instaled on rhel 7.4 maipo

I want to ask , is there a way to change the status to "up"?

    please check the monitoring settings for the interface (select the interface or open the form use menu item Actions > Configuration Details > Monitoring Settings).
