Environment

NA: Network Automation
Version: all versions


Situation

The user is unable to take snapshot of the device, gets the below error in the session after running "take snapshot" task

This task did not complete. Failed to retrieve configuration: ACCESS-DENIED for this user


Resolution

The configured user does not have the full permission. To fix this issue, set the admin permission for the user or use different admin user to take snapshot.
