Knowledge Doc: Node rediscovery not occurring after applying nnm.disco.manualRediscoveryOnlyNodeGroup in nms-disco.properties

After implementing NO periodic node rediscovery for a set Node Group per https://portal.microfocus.com/s/article/KM000021520 It appears that all nodes in NNM are not getting rediscovered on the set interval.

Situation

Since the scheduler threads are stomping on each other, the scheduler is failing to schedule the nodes. The intention here is to force all the nodes to be discovered at least once.
