Situation

The user is getting the following error when installing the Hotfix-TRFM-2021.05-CORE-20220502.zip on the Traffic Master Server:

Cause

The nmshotfix.ovpl script is not provided. The user needs to provide the nmsHotfixInstaller utility so that the hotfix can be installed by using the nmshotfix.ovpl script. The NmsHotfixInstaller Utility will install the nmshotfix.ovpl with the required dependency so that the iSPI can make use of nmshotfix.ovpl for installation/un-installation of hotfixes.
