Situation

First, for cluster with a big configuration, the snapshot takes ages which force to raise the maximum task duration to 120 minutes to make it works

Second inconsistency, the hostname of the controller is not the real hostname of the machine.
Network Automation sometimes shows the same hostname for all controllers of a cluster, which is most of the time the real hostname on one of them, but there is also a case in which the hostname shown is an IP
