Email notification - Could not convert socket to TLS

hi all,

we have 2 central servers and from either we do not receive email notifications.

I have imported Exchange certificate (downloaded from Exchange OWA Website) to client.truststore and internal.truststore on one server and error persist (I did not tried other server)

I have both port 25 and 587 open and when sending EHLO trough CMD I get 250-STARTTLS on return.

Error from server log is

[local-scheduler-persisted_Worker-2] (MailNotificationDeliveryServiceImpl.java:89) ERROR - Could not send email notification to XXXX. Could not convert socket to TLS

In order to help, we will need some more information regarding your issue, as CP and version used, the name of the operation, and inputs used (you can remove any sensitive information).

It is not operation from flow. it is about Micro Focus OO Central Web Site.

Send Mail operations in flows are working OK using same Exchange Server.
