OO 2021.02 - Selection List not populated with default values in Central ?

Hi All.

We are currently migrating our OO installation from 10.60 to latest rel. ( OO 2021.02).

I have discovered that when i run flows in Studio 2021.02, the selection lists have default values. But when i promote these to be executed on Central (via CPs) the selection lists are missing default values, i can select the values from the drop down list but no default values are provided.

Is this how it is supposed to work or am i missing something ?

BTW, in OO10.60 the selection lists also have default values in Central...

    I am seeing the same thing in 2021.02.  I believe the original behaviour was to use the first value in the selection list as the detault.  How do we get this feature back?

    Note that this seemed to be working correctly right up to 2020.02.

    In 2022.05, first value is automatically shown, selected and populated. Maybe you have Multi selection list? List of values? I see that it that case, it doesn't select first or any...

    Make sure your first value is not empty

    • second
    • third

    But, what I also noticed is that we can't use | (pipe) character in selection list items, because it uses this to separated items in the database....

    So, if I have

    • first
    • second|third
    • fourth

    Flow is showing

    • first
    • second
    • third
    • fourth
