Getting Error when importing Symantec Altiris Content pack

Error:  Plugin com.hp.oo:oo-altiris-legacy-plugin:1.1.0 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Cannot access (D:\Users\.oo\data\maven) in offline mode and the artifact org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk16:jar:1.46 has not been downloaded from it before
