helix integration

Hi Team,

Wanted to under whether the helix integration is possible with MF OO for the incident action, suppose if there is an alert for disk space, can we create a flow to clear disk space with by integrating with helix Service Management tool.

Please advice on this.

    If you can configure outbound REST calls within Helix (which you likely can) you can use those to execute workflows within OO. With OO you can perform any actions against any target assuming it has CLI or API available and if not use OO's RPA capabilities to e.g. remediate incidents.
