RPA recorder - not recording anything.

Hello Experts,

I am new to the OO and RPA. I have installed/configured the new POC environment. I want to create the new RPA activity and trying as per the document and we are not able to record any activity as shown in the screenshot below.

Any help/suggestions.

Hello, what document are you following and what are the exact steps you've done until this stage? Did you check to see if the recorder and robot components are active/accessible? Did you check their logs for more info?

Hello Adrian,

I have used the document attached here. ITOM Practitioner Portal (microfocus.com) and Im very new to this and dont have much idea about the same. also please let me know where can I found the log files.

The log files can be found in <installation>/designer/var/logs for the Workflow Designer and in <installation>/recorder/var/logs for the OO RPA Recorder.
