Install concurrent license into OO central

Dear Experts,

My OO trail license expired, and we have got the new temp concurrent license. please let me know how to install the same in central.

do i need to set up the autopass licensing server mandatorily to import these license xml files? If im trying to add from central Im getting the below error.
