OO URL is not coming up and showing as redirection.

Dear All,

I had installed the OO in out environment for POC and it was working fine. and for some reason server memory was consumed 100% and due to that we had restarted the server.

after that we are getting the redirection as shown in the screenshot as mentioned below. suggestions please.

    Hi,

    Since the UI is stuck in the redirect loop  this must mean that when OO was restarting some error occurred and the service was not able to start up successfully. You could try restarting the Central service to try and recover in case it was a temporary glitch.  If the issue persists after the service restart, contact support with the complete logs in order to solve the issue.

    Hi,

    It happened to me before. In my case it was due to not providing proper certificates. Your ss is also showing that connection is not secure. Therefore i suggest you to add proper certificates to key.store and client.store files in var/security folder. More details can be found in 'Hardening OO central" part of OO documentation.
