Unable to access OO Central URL after the Database port is changed

Hi,

The Oracle database port is changed after the OO central installation. The default oracle port 1521 was used during installation and now it is changed to 1522 which results in not able to access the console.

OO central of the version 2021.02 is installed on Linux platform.

Note : Despite of updating the database.property file with the new port from the <oo central installation directory>/central/conf  folder and restarted the central, the same issue persists.

Is there any other procedure to follow ? If there is any other procedure that needs to be followed, please let me know.

    Hello Sharvani P,

    Look at the OO Central log files to see more specifically what the issue is with the error.

    <OO Central>/var/logs

    The server, general, wrapper log files could help some.

    If you are still encountering problems, then I would suggest that you open a support case.
