Hi,

We are using OO 2020.08.

The Architecture is 2 Centrals ( Load Balancing Using Virtual IP (VIP) ) and RASs.

The VIP : auto.domain.com:8443/oo

Central 1 : oo_central_1:8443/oo

Central 2 : oo_central_2:8443/oo

The issue is that when we access OO using the VIP (auto.domain.com:8443/oo), we get the following error message in the browser: Something went wrong, the application could not initialize properly...

But when we access each central separately (oo_central_1:8443/oo) or (oo_central_2:8443/oo) all is OK.

Could someone help me please to know where the issue could be or where we can find information about this error in OO log files ?
