OO pods stuck in "CreateContainerConfig" Error

Hi Team,

We are trying to install OO in our environment. We have followed through all the steps mentioned in the document for the OO installation. The installation seems to successful but on verification we see that most of the OO pods are in "Pending" status and the pod "itom-vault-cc75bf787-9f8pm" seems to be stuck in "CreateContainerConfigError". Could anyone give us some pointers to resolve this? Thank you.

    "CreateContainerConfigError" could be seen due to different issues. It is hard to determine what the root cause was by just looking at the screen shot. Please open a support ticket to report the issue and OT support engineers will help you to solve the problem.
