RPA Built-in account credential expires after 90 days (RPA product default setting), new password for IDM built-in users i.e. ooadmin, admin was reset. After that user is able to login to RPA designer and idm-admin web console by using the newly set user passwords. However user authentication doesn't work in RPA central web console using ooadmin account.

When a customer changes the password using UI of a user that is used for integration with IDM (typically administrator, see idm.properties within Central), the new password needs to be set in idm.properties (there is an encryption tool in the bin folder - password needs to be encrypted with this tool, also some characters in the encrypted string then need to be escaped so that they can be used in idm.properties). The documentation will be improved to detail the information.
