(OO) Support Tip: Database Creation Package

A database creation package is available on MF Marketplace that contains scripts to be used when a user wants to create an empty database and database username for the product ahead of installation and use the option "Connect to an existing Database" in the installer for all OO components (Central, Designer, IDM, Insights, SSX) for all supported database vendors.
