(OO) Support Tip: Central and RAS not reconnected automatically

In OO 2023.05 when connection between Central and RAS is disconnected and reconnected sometime later, RAS is flagged as offline in the central topology and not connecting back automatically.

Open a support ticket asking for HOTFIX28680.

do you have a solution?
I have the same problem.
I get the error message in the LOG:
[scoreWorkerMetricScheduler-2] (WorkerMetricsServiceImpl.java:74) ERROR - Failed to dispatch metric info event
com.hp.oo.rpc.api.RpcRemoteServiceRuntimeException: [4b4b0009-19ea-498e-9540-ebab9575c921] Exceeded max attempts while invoking remoting operation at

Hi Stefan,

If you are using OO 2023.05, open a support ticket asking for HOTFIX28680.

If you are using another version, open a ticket to report the issue.
