Application health shows no data

Hi Experts,

I have issue that when i open application health in APM, it shows me that status of all application is no data although when i open each application alone, it shows data. I tried to restart many times the APM(2 gws and 2 dps), the issue was resolved for some time and get back again so does anyone have idea about this issue especially that we face it for first time
