SiteScope LDAP issue

Hi All,

We tried LDAP configuration over 636 and 389 but still it is taking lot of time to authenticate LDAP users.

SiteScope is trying to connect to different AD controller servers which we have not mentioned in the LDAP configuration and also does not have connectivity and finally getting timed out.

    Hello Ashok,

    I believe there was a previous LDAP issue about this in which from lab it was concluded that SiteScope does not have such config or parameter that could make it connect to different AD controllers.

    If possible a test instance could be setup as a fresh installation only with the AD configuration and verify if it has the same behavior.
