Sitescope SSL/TLS Certificate Monitoring - Add Expiration Date to Event Payload

We are using Sitescope to monitor SSL/TLS certificates expiration dates. When a certificate expiration date is within 10 days or less, we send an event to OBM. I would like to be able to include the certificate name and the expiration date in the payload of the event. Can someone point to documentation on how to do this?

Also, if we have multiple certificates expiring within the same threshold, can Sitescope send separate events for each certificate? These certificates belong to multiple apps and I want a separate event created for the certificate for each app so the proper admin can address updating the certificate. Is that possible?

if you are using URL monitor, I dont think it can be done. SiS doesnt keep the certificate name or expiration date.

You may need to consider using Script monitor and then invoke curl to the URL and then you can get all certificate details.

if you need different events for different certificates, then you should use different monitors.

We are using Certificate Management with SSLCertificatesStateMonitor.

I was looking at Script monitor, but I don't understand how to do it. We have ~50 different certificates we are monitoring. Is there a way to trigger a script if the monitor detects a certificate is expiring. Not sure how to get the url, run the script, and then include the certificate and expiration date in an event payload to OBM. Any documentation on this?
