create one incident in service manager for multiple OBM event

Hello All

we integrate OBM with server manager and it works fine, we have new requirement to create one incident for multiple event from OBM

when i select more than one event in OBM and select forward to Service manager an incident is created for each event

OBM 2021.11 and SM 9.72

Any suggestion ?

You will first need to create some kind of correlation between these events, then forward only the "cause" event to service manager. in your forwarding script you can access the "symptom" events and add…
