Hi Team,

               We need to configure IDM in test environment not integrated to LDAP and mimic the same in production environment but its integrated to LDAP, as per support its supported

In the above document we have doubt in few steps like  :- 

1. “Before configuring IDM-SSO in APM, make sure you see your IDM login dialog box before the APM login screen”.  What exactly we need to do in this step?

2. Examples of URL with form authentication

The following URL verifies that the IDM header is correct: https://<gateway server>/topaz/verifyIDM.jsp?headerName=sm_user

 Expected Result: The system displays the username of the current user (if SM authentication was performed prior to this action). What is SM authentication?

3. Right now in Test Environment we have not Integrated LDAP , using administrator account only we are using,

In this case what header IDM Team should pass?

4. Make sure the correct header is used. Ask your Siteminder administrator to dump all headers and look for one that matches what you expect to use. For example, if you want to use an email address as your login username, look for a field containing only an email address. Or, for example, if it looks like HTTP_SEA, remove HTTP_ from the name and use sea as the header name. What exactly is this step what is the action item on our IDM Team?
