SiteScope monitor/config move to another SiteScope server best option to do so?

Hello,

Want to move monitor and configs from one SiteScope server (Win) to anotehr SiteScope server (Win) and want to know if using the SiteScope configuration Tool or APM SAM is best option to do so?

    SiS Config tool, Export/Import configuration is the best option.

    APM SAM can copy monitors from one SiS to another, but not sync configuration. Similarly, you can use MCC (a.k.a Agentless Monitoring) but that also only move monitors and not sync all configurations.

    Will the SIS Config tool handle the remote servers as well or will that be a manual effort? The SiteScope server that the monitors is going to is already setup with other monitor/config, but want to add the monitors config from a Sitescope server that is be deommed. Thanks.
