Since last couple of days, I am observing that duplicate events are getting trigger from same policy in OBM 2022.11 version which is creating 2 different auto incidents in ITSM tool for same issue. Polling interval time is set for 5 mins. Ideally, if threshold breach above 80% according to polling interval time then it should create 1 alert in OBM and another event should trigger after 5 mins if it cross 80.01% or 80.23% but getting duplicate event within same time frame when it cross 80.01% or 80.23%.
Can anyone explain behaviour of policy how it works when it crossed defined threhsold in policy, if threshold varies within 5 mins polling time?
