Setting HI for RUM End User Group for activity

We monitor an application and quite a few of its RUM End User Groups. The client wants to see a critical indicator for an End User Group whenever actions or traffic hasn't been associated with a specific End User Group over a certain amount of time (let's say 8 hours). Is it possible to achieve something like this via KPIs and/ or HIs, and if so, how more or less?

Yes, it is possible. You need to consider the HI assignment (which HI to create, which samples it should capture and what rule to calculate the HI). Metric driven HIs can have time-based rule and will…

Yes, it is possible. You need to consider the HI assignment (which HI to create, which samples it should capture and what rule to calculate the HI).

Metric driven HIs can have time-based rule and will change status after X seconds to NO_DATA. if you need other status, then it may also require custom Groovy rule.

Hi Asaf

I'm still figuring things out, but so far seems like a custom Groovy rule might be the way to go. Do you perhaps know where I can get sample code specific to KPI calculation? I'm having a look through the documentation but not seeing much just yet.
