I need to edit the password in APM ldap authentication settings. When clicking edit the config Java applet does not load. I just get a spinning microfocus logo.
any ideas what could be the problem?

Are you using APM Local client of browser? If you still have access to IE with Java I would suggest to try that.
I was using EDGE in IE with Java, however we have setup the Local Client and found the functionality does work there.
