Whether we have option to add line breaks in Description section of Event mapping in SiteScope, because alert to OMI looks bit clumsy in our env without line breaks, so similar to html tag <br> or \n kind of tags / attributes available in SiteScope ?
Sample Description we need :-
CPU breached the threshold with <<errorOnly>> <<goodOnly>> << line break >>
The current threshold is <<thresholdCrossed>> << line break >>
Source: <<fullMonitorName>> << line break >>
Yes, it is possible. You first need to change Infrastructure setting in OBM so it will render HTML text: Render HTML in Event Details
Then edit the SiS event mapping and use HTML code, for example:
This is long text with <br/>
new line and <a href="">www.opentext.com">link</a>
and here is the result:
