To address some problems I’ve been having with disappearing Views and the problematic NNMi_Layer3 view that thinks I have over 800,000 CI’s in the view, I stopped the BSM server services, ran the DB config utility, and used it to create a “Prod” set of DB’s, leaving the “Dev” set in place.
Everything went fine on my BSM configuration procedure through the configuring of AD/LDAP including the fact that both my “Test DN Resolution” and “Test Groups Configuration” both worked as expected. I thought I was good to go.
However, I am not able to login to BSM using any AD accounts. To login I have to disable LDAP and login using the “admin” account.
Any thoughts come to mind as to where I can look to see what’s amiss?
