Kinldy help on this as this is production setup and its very urgent.

  • Hi Mandarx,

Are you seeing data for other RUM reports, such as RUM Application Infrastructure Summary and RUM Action Summary?

How are your transactions configured?  Are they based on single actions or multiple actions?  Can you share an example of one?

    Regards,

    Tim

  • HI,

    Hope ur doing well,

We are not able to get data in any of the reports,

we are using single action transaction.

we are using only one url in one transaction, and we have configured 6 transaction for 6 url's for one application.

    Regards,

    Mandarx

  • Hi Mandrix,

If there is no data in any reports, it means that RUM is not seeing the data or not reporting the data.  Here are some things to check, and some questions may help diagnose the issue:

RUM Engine web health console: is everything green in system health on the RUM Engine web console?

Traffic Discovery: can you see the traffic you are trying to capture when you run a traffic discovery?

    RUM Probe:

Is data definitely coming into the Probe?

What OS is the Probe running on?

How are you sending data to the Probe?  Is this via a SPAN port, tap or another way?

In BSM Admin/EUM, how have you configured the RUM application?  Are you matching by URL, IPs or both?  If URL, can you share the URL text in the application definition?

    Regards,

    Tim
