sitescope migration path

Hi, is there already a migration path for clients with points licensing in SiS/SAM to new OSI structure?

Also, if there is not, is there a way a Sitescope client can get SHA for its instalation?

  • Dmitry, thanks for your reply.

I knew it could be done, what I need to know now is how is that migration plan, if there is a document or something that tells for example 20 old sitescope points are equal to 1 OSI in the new license.

We have a client that has a lot of points and we want to know how many OSI they can have for that amount, to see it it is convenient or not.

  • The migration to the new licensing model is quite a complex process. It's not as simple as X points will turn into Y OSIs (especially because OSI is not the only measure that covers ALL SiteScope monitors). There is an HPE internal license migration calculator that will calculate what you are eligible for under the new licensing schema. But you have to contact your HPE sales rep to initiate this process.
