The monitor's status change events are getting from SiS to OBM via log file.

so make sure that:

1) SiS OA has the "HP_SiteScope_to_Operations_Manager_Integration_by_Log_File" policy (use ovpolicy -list to see all deployed policies)

2) make sure SiS is writing status changes to the log: C:\SiteScope\logs\HPSiteScopeOperationsManagerIntegration.log

3) make sure your monitors are configured to send events...

4) make sure your monitor has threshold settings.... only those metrics which change threshold value will generate an event....

If you still not able to get this working, please submit Support Case for further help and investigation.

Yes HP_SiteScope_to_Operations_Manager_Integration_by_Log_File is deployed and attached screenshot for the reference.

make sure SiS is writing status changes to the log: C:\SiteScope\logs\HPSiteScopeOperationsManagerIntegration.log--- Yes it's updating the metrics status in the log

make sure your monitors are configured to send events-- Yes it's enabled

make sure your monitor has threshold settings-- Yes it's set and testing for the Ping Monitor.

did you run opcagt to see if the OA is buffering?

if it is not buffering, then maybe the events are getting into OBM and you have something that suppress/close them. This is where additional troubleshooting will need to be done on your systems.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the late response.

Yes checked agent is not buffering and also we did not create any suppress rule as well in OBM. All the sitescopes are working fine only this sitescope having issue.
